Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Booking Clerk to join our team at Ikoyi Club. The successful candidate will manage customer information in our booking system, handle phone calls, and address customer inquiries professionally. Responsibilities include processing bookings and preparing reports on booking activity.
Candidates should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment. A Secondary School Leaving Certificate or Diploma is required.
