Job Description
BeautyByTejj Studio is actively seeking a results-oriented Sales Operations Officer to enhance daily operations, stimulate sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer service in our beauty studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, implementing marketing strategies, and boosting team productivity while upholding our high service standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, accompanied by 2 to 4 years of experience in operations and sales within the beauty or retail sectors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities are required for this role.
