Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting.
- In-depth knowledge of grill operations along with proven leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a strategic analytical mindset.
