Job Description

10PointZero Nigeria Limited is actively searching for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to elevate our customer experience in the CCTV and GPS tracking installation sector. The ideal candidate will be youthful, energetic, and committed to providing excellent customer service while effectively promoting sales through strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist existing customers with their needs and manage subscription renewals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities via telemarketing efforts.

Requirements:

• OND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at our office located on Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos.
