Job Description
Briclinks Africa Plc is actively searching for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience and a strategic approach to promote sustainable growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies.
- Establish and enforce internal controls and policies.
- Manage risk assessment and compliance processes.
- Develop and nurture a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in senior financial roles, with at least 3 years at the executive level.
