Job Description
Bluenix Paint, an Agro-Allied company with an extension in paint manufacturing, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR practices and processes in Abuja (FCT). This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a motivated and productive workforce aligned with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing recruitment and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Monitoring performance appraisal systems and employee documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 3-5 years HR experience.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 monthly.
