Job Description
7treads Consults, a premier consultancy and recruitment services firm, is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Call Centre Agent in Ikeja, Lagos, and Enugu. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Employ communication scripts to guide conversations.
- Identify and meet customer needs with appropriate solutions.
- Explore opportunities for upselling products and services.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records within our database.
- Engage in educational seminars as required.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess SSCE, OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.
