Job Description
We invite you to apply for the position of Hotel Front Office Manager at Lekki Grandview Hotel. We are looking for a qualified candidate to lead our Front Desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring exceptional guest relations, maintaining accurate billing, and collaborating with the Housekeeping department.
The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 8 years of Front Office experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong skills in hospitality management software (HMS) and outstanding guest relations capabilities are essential.
