Job Description
The Advancement Place is looking for a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist. As the primary point of contact for our guests in Abeokuta, Ogun State, you will manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries.
Job Summary: Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (S.S.C.E). Experience Level: Entry-level, with a preferred length of 1 year.
Responsibilities: You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, maintain accurate records, and ensure a tidy front desk. Additionally, you will address guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements: A High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not required.
