Join Ascentech Services Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Officer! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to enhance our recruitment team in Ibadan. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities: Source candidates, conduct initial interviews, manage the recruitment process, maintain a candidate database, and participate in job fairs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication skills, proficiency in recruitment software, and excellent organizational skills.
