Job Description
AUTO PLAZA NIGERIA is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee our operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Training new employees
- Coaching and developing existing staff
- Addressing performance issues and terminations
- Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
- Conducting timely performance evaluations
- Aligning corporate objectives with individual goals
- Monitoring performance and driving improvement
- Managing expenses and budgets
