Job Description
AUTO PLAZA NIGERIA is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. You will manage phone calls, handle correspondence, and schedule appointments. Your tasks will include maintaining office supplies, providing information, and ensuring a safe and organized environment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for handling complaints, planning travel arrangements, receiving deliveries, filing documents, and keeping the reception area tidy. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
