Job Description
LIBRA PARTNERS is on the lookout for a full-time Head of Internal Control to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive internal control frameworks. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. Ideal candidates will have a robust analytical background and a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in financial reporting and finance, particularly within the agricultural sector.
Essential qualifications include exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, alongside the capability to work on-site. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CIA, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, are highly preferred.
