Job Description
TopHire Africa, an innovative HR consulting service provider committed to sourcing and training qualified talent, is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager. This role will oversee operations in Ekiti, Kwara, Lagos, Ogun, and Ibadan – Oyo.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Inspire and develop team members for optimal performance.
- Ensure efficient customer service and administrative functions.
- Drive sales initiatives and exceed performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in retail banking.
Salary: N800,00 – N1,00,00/month.
