Job Description
Istanbul Hareem, a rapidly growing fragrance company in Africa with over a decade of experience in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated IT Junior Support Officer to join our team.
As an IT Junior Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to end-users both in-person and remotely.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Ensuring the security of IT systems through data backup and antivirus measures.
Location: Abuja (Preferred) | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₦150,00.00/month
