Job Description
House of Maryjane is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Store Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff. You will implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean store environment. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, assess financial performance, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and analyze sales data to optimize operations.
Location: 321 Road F, Close Festac Town, Lagos. Accommodation is available.
Requirements: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) with a minimum of five years of experience is required. Proficiency in computer skills and strong communication abilities are essential.
