Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the role of Igbo-Speaking Truck Driver Recruiter on a contract basis at Beyot Consulting. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on engaging truck drivers from the Igbo community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit at least 50 Igbo truck drivers weekly.
- Maintain relationships with drivers.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of Igbo language and culture is a plus.
Salary: ₦60,00 per month plus bonuses for meeting targets.
