Job Description
Xtralarge Foods & Agricultural Services Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a Front Desk Officer at our resort in Lagos. The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming face for our guests, ensuring a delightful and seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Organize and oversee incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma (hospitality certifications are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Compensation: NGN 80,00 – 100,00
