Job Description
Swift Dry Cleaners Limited, a leading provider of high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer. This full-time position is located in Lekki, Olowora, and Ogba, Lagos.
The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, and effectively promoting our services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field along with demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong communication skills, creative approaches to customer acquisition, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role.
