Job Description

OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is actively seeking an experienced HR Manager who possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and strategic insights into the labor market.

The HR Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, facilitating employee training, and monitoring performance metrics. This role aims to ensure employee satisfaction, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain precise employee records.

Qualifications include a minimum of an HND or B.Sc in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience and exemplary negotiation and communication abilities.
