Job Description
The Grub Lane Restaurant, situated in the vibrant Victoria Island area of Lagos, is inviting applications for a passionate and committed Commis Chef to become part of our dynamic kitchen team. Please be advised that accommodation is not provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Handle preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish.
- Support senior chefs in various kitchen tasks.
- Assist with deliveries and ensure proper restocking.
- Contribute to efficient stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations.
- Help uphold kitchen and food safety standards.
