Job Description
Larch Consulting Services is urgently seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations immediately. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, practical knowledge of property management systems, and a knack for maintaining excellent tenant relationships while managing daily operations.
This role involves managing either residential or commercial properties, addressing tenant concerns, supervising maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in property management, a solid understanding of lease administration, proficiency in property management software, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
