Job Description
Stanbic Bank Tanzania is inviting applications for the position of Virtual Banker at our African China Banking branch located in Lagos. This is a full-time role that requires candidates to hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related discipline. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, support, or project management, with a preference for those who are proficient in Mandarin.
The Virtual Banker will be responsible for efficiently addressing customer complaints and inquiries, thereby ensuring a positive brand experience. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and a good understanding of banking processes.
