Job Description
OLTO RESOURCE DYNAMICS invites applications for the position of full-time Leasing Officer in Oshodi, Lagos. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing leasing applications, preparing lease agreements, and conducting property inspections. The position entails negotiating with potential tenants, ensuring properties are ready for move-in, and coordinating necessary repairs with the maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, analytical capabilities, and previous experience in sales operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
The salary for this position ranges from 150,00 to 192,00 Naira, with immediate start dates available.
