Job Description
Condo 44 is excited to announce an opening for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale short-term rental properties in Lagos. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field.
Key responsibilities include managing property listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, handling guest inquiries, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance services, and promptly addressing guest complaints. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and familiarity with property management software.
The salary for this role ranges from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, commensurate with experience.
