Job Description
The Establishment Hotel and Suite Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Hotel Receptionist to become a valued member of our team. In the role of Front Desk Officer, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a friendly demeanor and assisting with their inquiries.
Your primary responsibilities will include checking in and out guests, managing reservations, providing concierge services, and executing various administrative tasks. A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills are vital for success in this position.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a monthly salary between ₦50,00.00 and ₦60,00.00.
