Job Description
If selected for Sidel’s Future Talent Program, you will participate in a 12-month immersive development experience that includes hands-on learning through job rotations in various sectors of our global operations.
Your Mission
Upon completing your rotations, you will become a valued member of the Service Sales team in Lagos, Nigeria, concentrating on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing customer engagement and promotional activities
- Negotiating offerings within the Sidel Services portfolio
- Introducing innovative and profitable Services products
- Documenting product performance and addressing issues
- Analyzing market data and delivering accurate forecasts
Your Profile
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or MBA
- Fewer than 2 years of professional experience
