Job Description
RANN Farms is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our meat processing facilities and retail locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing supply chain logistics.
In this role, you will lead and train a team, monitor performance metrics, and manage budgets to enhance cost-efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports on operational performance to support strategies for business growth.
This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of ₦150,00.00 per month.
