Job Description
Betternship is on the lookout for a talented Learning and Development Specialist to conduct impactful training sessions for corporate clients in Abuja. The perfect candidate will possess a solid foundation in business, management, and leadership development, coupled with a genuine passion for nurturing professional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized training programs, conduct workshops and seminars, assess training effectiveness, and remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of training experience, extensive knowledge of business subjects, a proven track record in professional development, and outstanding communication abilities.
Salary: Starting at ₦200,00 monthly.
