Job Description
Parallel Travel and Tours Limited is actively seeking a committed Reservations Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team in Lekki. This full-time hybrid position allows for flexible work-from-home opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for booking flights, addressing customer inquiries, providing valuable travel information, and processing reservations, all while upholding exceptional standards of customer service.
