Job Description
The Oyo State New Towns and Cities Development Authority (OYNTCDA) is inviting applications for the position of Urban Planning Specialist. This pivotal role is dedicated to leading groundbreaking urban development projects in Oyo State. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in urban planning and must be registered with both NITP and TOPREC.
The responsibilities include creating master plans and land use frameworks, directing infrastructure projects, and ensuring adherence to planning regulations and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS, along with experience in large-scale city projects, is required.
