Job Description
Chizoba Ezeagabu is seeking a dedicated Loan Recovery Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time, on-site position involves the essential task of managing and collecting overdue payments. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to debtors to set up payment arrangements, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring accurate documentation of all collection activities.
Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in debt collection, exceptional customer service, and effective communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, while prior experience in loan collection will be considered an advantage.
