Job Description
JFK TECH TRAINING is looking for a committed Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and current students, handling inquiries through email, phone, in-person interactions, and WhatsApp.
Your key responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction among students, and providing vital support to our admissions team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₦150,00 to ₦200,00 per month.
