We are looking for a highly qualified Product Trainer Manager with expertise in solar panel systems and energy storage products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive product training to our internal teams, partners, and installers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
– 3-5+ years of experience in technical or product training
– In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) technology and battery systems
– Exceptional communication skills
– Flexibility to travel for on-site training as needed
