Job Description

Seflam SGL is in search of a dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects. The GM will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction while driving business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and local content requirements. This role is integral to our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and have at least 12 years of experience, including 8 years in executive management roles within the EPCI or oil and gas sector. Expertise in project lifecycle management and strong financial acumen are essential for this position.
