Job Description
LD&D Consulting is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling and supporting solar energy and CCTV surveillance products. The successful candidate will effectively manage customer inquiries, promote products, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Provide accurate product information and advice.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and invoices.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in relevant fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 monthly.
