Job Description
Familyfun Concept LTD is actively looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, situated in the Entertainment, Events, and Sports sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons. Applicants should hold a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
