Job Description
MUSE Boutique Hotel Enugu is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cook or Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing both local and international cuisine, with exceptional skills in food costing, mise-en-place, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present a variety of dishes, manage mise-en-place, supervise inventory and portion control, uphold cleanliness standards, assist in menu planning, and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience, successful completion of culinary school, and a deep passion for high-quality food.
Compensation: ₦50,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 monthly, commensurate with experience.
