Job Description

Future Moves Recruitment Agency is looking for a Finance & Admin Officer to facilitate seamless internal operations and ensure financial accountability. This position entails managing bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and providing support for various business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including income and expenditures.
  • Process payroll and track employee attendance.
  • Oversee petty cash and maintain financial documentation.
  • Generate monthly financial reports.
  • Assist with tax remittances and compliance.

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
