Job Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel IT infrastructure, including networks and guest Wi-Fi.
- Provide support for hotel management systems.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
