Job Description
Clerview Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Guest Support & Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests from booking through check-out, thereby fostering repeat business through proactive assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- Sending booking confirmations and stay guides via email and WhatsApp.
- Managing client data and onboarding processes.
- Promptly resolving reported issues.
- Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Creating and managing engaging social media content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
