Kolomoni Microfinance Bank is currently hiring a Blended Customer Experience Agent (Business Banking / POS) based in Ibadan, Oyo. This full-time position is dedicated to delivering excellent support to merchants through various channels, including the POS hotline, WhatsApp, and chat.
The ideal applicant should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in POS support or a contact center environment, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer-centric approach. Key responsibilities include managing merchant inquiries, accurately logging requests, and adhering to fraud prevention protocols.
