Job Description

Watolex Crown Integrated Services is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team in Lagos State. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire tender process, ensuring high-quality submissions, and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tender requirements.
• Prepare bids and submit them through e-tender platforms.
• Monitor bid timelines to ensure timely submissions.
• Manage all tender-related correspondence and documentation.
• Evaluate bid outcomes and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in bid management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-tender platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills.
