We are seeking a skilled Business Manager (BM) who will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and deepening business relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive growth in our financial services sector. You will lead branch staff, ensure compliance with policies, build strong customer relationships, and manage financial performance. A proven track record in the financial sector with excellent leadership and communication skills is necessary. We value candidates with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience.
