Job Description

Gracedcircle Health Initiatives is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing health outcomes and promoting equity among youth and underserved communities in both the U.S. and Nigeria. We are currently seeking a qualified Programs Manager to lead and advance our community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage health programs from inception to evaluation.
• Oversee field teams, volunteers, and stakeholders effectively.
• Utilize monitoring and evaluation tools to track progress and ensure timely and quality reporting.
• Foster collaborative relationships with partners and community leaders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program management in the NGO or health sector.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
• Educational background in Public Health or a related field.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
