Job Description
Ileoja is currently looking for a Head of Admin & People to lead our administrative functions and people operations. This role involves managing staff recruitment, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and developing internal policies to facilitate smooth daily operations and cultivate a positive work culture.
The successful candidate will oversee administrative processes and maintain employee records. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
