Job Description
Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Managing Director (AMD) to spearhead strategic planning, operational management, project development, and team leadership. The AMD will also be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating company strategies.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with goals.
- Lead department heads to execute business strategies effectively.
