Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years with U.S.-based law firms
We are seeking a qualified Remote Paralegal to assist our business law and commercial transactions team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 and legal software.
Key Responsibilities: Manage attorney calendars, organize legal documents, maintain client files, and draft various legal agreements.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in corporate or business law, with prior remote support experience preferred.
