Job Description
Matrix Design and Works is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Generalist to strengthen our human resource policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing recruitment efforts, facilitating employee onboarding, and overseeing training programs.
Primary responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits structures, managing performance evaluations, and fostering positive employee relations. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary range of ₦200,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of HR/Admin experience. HR certification is preferred. Applicants must reside in Sangotedo – Ajah and possess experience in managing blue-collar staff.
