Job Description
Job Summary: LUCKY FIBRE is in search of an motivated Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and elevate brand presence. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, nurture relationships with distributors and retailers, and execute strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve defined targets.
- Recruit and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
- Support and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Foster lasting customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Conduct market visits to assess product performance.
Key Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in FMCG or beauty sales, along with strong leadership capabilities.
